Davis Drapery Hardware is committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service. We have laid out a list of questions that are commonly asked by our clients. However, if there is something that we have missed please feel free to reach out. We would be more than happy to address any of your needs and help you find clarity.

DO YOU HAVE ANY COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

Yes.

  1. Wear a face covering/mask upon entry. No mask, no service.

  2. DO NOT ENTER Davis if you have a cough or fever.

  3. Maintain a minimum 6 ft. distance from another individual.

  4. DO sneeze or cough into a cloth or tissue, or if one is not available, into your elbow. 

  5. DO NOT shake hands or engage in unnecessary physical contact.

  6. If you need to touch samples in our showroom, please use gloves or ask Davis personnel for assistance. 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT US?

Email is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and is the best and effective way.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and company/personal checks.

CAN YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES?

We ship by UPS anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR TRACKS OVER 96"?

Poles for tracks over 96" must ship by common carrier. Expedited shipments are not available in all areas.

The following orders will be subject to actual freight costs:

  • Hawaii and Puerto Rico

  • Orders with poles or tracks exceeding 96" in length

  • Orders that exceed a $2500 SRP

WHAT IS YOUR PROTOCOL FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

All custom or special orders require a written purchase order along with a 50% deposit and signed customer approval prior to processing. Balance is due upon pick-up or delivery. We quote at least 3-4 weeks for production from the receipt of a completed, signed purchase order. All orders are custom and cannot be cancelled once placed into production. All custom orders are FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS ON THE RETURN POLICY?

No product will be accepted for return without prior authorization. Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained within thirty (30) days from DDH Customer Service and noted on all packages. Returned merchandise should be in its original packaging and in good condition. A 25% restocking fee of invoice value will apply on terms accepted for return.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVATE POLICY?

We receive and store any information you enter on our website. We collect the following information from you when you register on our site: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Mailing Address. We use the information that you provide to respond to your inquiries, requests, to conduct contests, promotions, surveys and to send periodic emails.

All personal information collected via our web site, email, telephone or written correspondence, will be kept private. We will never share, exchange, or sell personal information to businesses or individuals outside of Davis Drapery Hardware.
